Uno is 10 months old, he has spent the last 7 months of his life in a small plastic carrier outside without a water bowl in it or on a cable without shade. The poor guy doesn't even know what to do with himself now that he's free to run in the yard and play with other dogs! He is a sweet boy who just wants to be with people all the time, it has to be rough to be so isolated as a young puppy especially in a high energy, high need breed like a jack Russell. He is originally from Noah's Ark and is registered with the CKC but was turned into us when his family realized they couldn't handle him anymore.
